EV Lanka (Pvt) Ltd specializes in importing vehicles into Sri Lanka, offering services including vehicle sourcing, importation, documentation, and registration assistance.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices for vehicles and services are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in government taxes and import duties. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing; however, final prices may vary based on the prevailing tax rates at the time of importation.

Import Regulations

Customers must comply with all Sri Lankan import regulations, including but not limited to:

• Registering imported vehicles with the Department of Motor Traffic within 90 days from the date of the Customs Declaration (CUSDEC)

• Providing a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for vehicle registration

• Ensuring the imported vehicle is right-hand drive

Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in penalties, including a monthly late fee of 3% of the Cost-Insurance-Freight (CIF) value, up to a maximum of 45% CIF value, for delayed registration 

Limitation of Liability

EV Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Changes in government policies affecting vehicle importation

• Delays caused by customs or other regulatory authorities

• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party sources

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
